Privacy Policy

Alice Forex/Crypto Scanner ("the app", "we") provides market scanning, educational content and trading tools. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account: email address, name, country and a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never readable by us).
• Optional profile: preferred exchange and exchange UID — only if you enter them.
• Payments: Google Play purchases are processed by Google; we receive only a purchase token to confirm your subscription. For direct crypto payments (website/APK version) we store the transaction ID, network and the screenshot you upload so an administrator can confirm it.
• Discussion rooms: messages you post and reports you file. Messages are checked automatically to remove abuse, spam and links.
• App usage: your settings, alerts you create, your device's notification token and usage counters (for plan limits).
• Ads: free users see banner, full-screen and rewarded ads; Premium and Elite see only one small banner. Ads come from Google AdMob and its partners (AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, Liftoff), which may use your device's advertising ID. You can reset or opt out of it in your phone settings and choose your consent in the in-app privacy message. Sometimes the Home page shows a promotion paid for by a third party; it is always labelled “Sponsored · Paid promotion”. We only count how many times it was seen and tapped (no personal data is shared with the advertiser).

Your Trading Journal and Portfolio stay only on your phone. Chart screenshots sent to the AI analyzer are processed to create the analysis and are not kept.

How we use it

To run your account and plan, provide the features, send notifications you enabled, moderate the community, prevent fraud and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider, Google (Play Billing, Firebase messaging, AdMob), AppLovin (ads), Telegram (payment review by our administrator) and an AI provider for AI features. Market data comes from public sources and receives no personal data.

Security

All data travels over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Server access is limited to the administrator.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your account any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on our account deletion page. Account data is then removed; payment records may be kept where the law requires.

Children

The app is for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
