1. Not financial advice

Everything in the app — scanner scores, signals, levels, AI analysis, news, calendar insights and course lessons — is general market information for education. It is not investment, financial or trading advice and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

2. Trading risk

Trading forex, crypto, gold, indices and leveraged products carries a high risk of losing some or all of your money. Past results do not guarantee future results. Only trade money you can afford to lose and consider independent advice.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Subscriptions

Premium and Elite plans bought on Google Play renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Direct crypto payments are activated after confirmation and are non-refundable once activated.

5. Community rules

No abuse, spam, links, contact details or promotions in discussion rooms. Breaking the rules leads to warnings and, after three warnings, a chat ban.

6. Availability

Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed or wrong. We may change or stop features.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or decisions made using the app.
